| The Method
Back To The Middle is a holistic
approach to optimum wellness. It is a method that is helpful to many people
with varying health conditions, because it addresses the individual on
his or her many dynamic levels, including current health status and goals.
The Back To The Middle Method is rooted in the principles of
Asian Medicine. As one of the oldest healing systems in existence, dating
back some 5,000 years ago, Asian Medicine has a holistic view of health,
in that to improve a condition, all signs and symptoms presented can only
be understood in relation to the whole person. The Back To The Middle
method also utilizes other indigenous healing practices that support the
body’s natural healing abilities. When these natural healing abilities
are supported, the body’s energy can be balanced and health can
be restored.
The Back To The Middle Method addresses an individual’s
unique health complaints, as well as assists the body in warding off potential
illnesses. This is a key aspect of our method as it follows the ancient
principles of taking steps to averting disease before it can begin.
